We primarily provide private dining services, send newsletters with your consent and/or arrange you a taxi service which brings you to our restaurant.

Bella Cosa Restaurant is based in the UK at Drewry House, 213 Marsh Wall, London E14 9FJ.

Bella Cosa Restaurant is a data controller and is responsible for your personal data (collectively referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy).

Personal Data is any information about you from which you can be identified. It does not include data where your identity has been removed (it’s called anonymous data).

CCTV Data includes recordings of your image and presence at our restaurant.

If you make a reservation of a table or order a food delivery online whilst using our partners’ systems such as www.opentable.co.uk, www.quandoo.co.uk, and www.justeat.co.uk, https://deliveroo.co.uk/, www.ubereats.com, your Identity, Contact and sometimes Financial Data is shared with us.

8. where is your personal data transferred to?

No fee usually required
